~ Making a Difference ~

Spirit Mountain Community Fund (SMCF) has two distinct funding programs: (1) Small Grants, and (2) Large Grants, while not overly creative by name, since 1997 these funding opportunities have provided significant resources to our non-for-profit partners. In just 12 years, SMCF’s $49 million of community investments have made a difference ~ just ask any of our more than 765 not-for-profit grant recipients.

SMCF’s Small Grant program targets newer or smaller organizations to give them a hand up, and our Large Grants program provides important resources to larger or seasoned organizations.

By design, our Small Grants program is mainly for organizations with annual operating budgets of less than $250k, who are seeking a grant of $10k or less. Our Large Grant program is primarily for organizations with annual operating budgets in excess of $250K seeking a grant for more than $10k. However, any organization with an annual operating budget of less than $250k is eligible to apply for a Large Grant – more than $10k.
