Louis King, MBA, an enrolled member of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma and SMCF Program Coordinator since 2006. Louis has many years of Tribal and  Federal public service experience and is a past superintendent of a historic Native American school located in Salem, Oregon.

Kathleen George has assisted tribal governments accomplish their goals since 1996.  A focus of her work has been the protection and restoration of the resources upon which tribal culture and heritage depend.  Kathleen has been a small business owner and has worked for both the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation and previously for the Grand Ronde tribe in the Natural Resources Department.   She has also worked in state government for the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality.

Julia Willis has been working in Tribal Philanthropy since 2007. She has a B.S. in Psychology from Boise State University, and is a member of the Coquille Indian Tribe.
